Getting Over It

Feelings of not being in control of your situation can trigger thoughts of hopelessness.  It is easy to blame yourself or others and create countless reasons why it did not work out.  From a spiritual point of view when we apportion blame, we unconsciously allow something outside of us to control how we think and how we feel.  When it comes down to loss we all have been betrayed, experienced fear, had doubts and felt dark moments of the soul.  At some point it comes down to choice and you have to make up your mind regarding trauma if you want to get over it.

If you want to reset your aura field, you need to trade in the old experiences for a new picture on how you want to be.  Decide on a plan on how you would take control of your thoughts.  Where you place your attention is where you place your energy and the stronger your emotions are on an experience, the more you have your focus on it.  Why is it that sometimes we attract the same life situations over and over, whether it appears as good luck or as problems?  Whatever you think, feel or believe in is a reflection of what is happening within your chakras and interacts with your environment.  If you make a decision to change your mind, you will change your aura field and the outer world will follow.

Seek out a mentor to help you to get beyond the pain, to embrace hope and have faith that something better will come along.  Give yourself some time to look back on life and to realise that what you suffered was a wakeup call to end some cycle or unconscious program.  It really does not matter why, just get clear in your thoughts on how you want to be from now on and fill your lack of something with feelings of worthiness and wholeness.  If you live with a sense of purpose, you will attract situations that will match the energy within your chakras and your surrounding aura field.

After any loss, you know it’s going to hurt for a while but in time you will heal.  Be patient as you ride out the storm and go through an emotional roller coaster.  It is healthy to feel and process your emotions as opposed to running from them, but at some point you need to decide to get over it and move on.  Make a decision, that what you are feeling is not actually who you are.  Take your focus off that person, that thing and reframe your experience as an opportunity to rebalance your chakras.

If you keep living your life through the lens of your past, you are choosing to stay in those thoughts.  No one person’s advice is going to make any sense to you until you are willing to trade that pain for some other unknown experience yet to come.  If you think you are your emotions, you are going to have a hard time moving forward.  You need to get up every day with the intention that you are going to work on your mind, heart, body and soul to stay in positive thoughts.

Focus on simple things like eating healthy, exercise, being kind and compassionate towards yourself and others to reset your chakras and strengthen your aura field.  Look at past memories without an emotional charge and see them as moments of wisdom.  The bottom line is if you believe there is a better future, you would not keep analysing your past.  Some days will be good and others not so good, but wake up each morning thinking, feeling and being positive on what today will bring.
