Balancing Body HeartMind and Spirit

All thoughts carry a frequency and that frequency has an electrical charge that you feel as sensations in the body. Once you give those feelings you are sensing in your body, a name, then it is called an emotion. If you hold onto those emotions long enough, your body recalibrates itself to those feelings so that your body feels that what you are feeling is normal. That’s great when those emotions you feel are peaceful, but something called stress over the long term produces lots of cortisone and cortisone over the long term starts to break down your immune system.

If you can still your thoughts and connect to your innate higher intelligence in the present moment, this can help you to build resilience to cope with life’s challenges. By refining your breath, you can firm up your essence to open up your energy gates and energy channels. The oxygen you breath can be converted into Chi, your vitality and life force, to nourish your spirit, replenish your will and strengthen your mind to be who you want to be or just reinvent yourself.

By connecting to different aspects of yourself, it will strengthen your consciousness and unconsciousness, increase your ability to dismiss unwanted thoughts and feelings, and calm your being, to be in oneness and align your energy frequency.

Being in the present moment is a Mindfulness technique that can strengthen your ability to control or dismiss unwanted thoughts, feelings and emotions. At times we get caught up in meandering thoughts which lead us to over think or overdo things. With Mindfulness and other techniques, we can learn how to switch off the thinking so that your thoughts do not overflow into a spiral of indecisiveness which results in unwanted consequences.

Where you place your awareness is where you place your energy. This guided technique teaches you how to quieten down the mind to help you hone into your awareness when you are lost in thought and then to know how to reel yourself in, to be aware. This process will help you view challenges, that if a previous unwanted circumstance presented itself again, you can see more choices to react or to act differently.

Chi energy is your vitality and life force. Energy exercises can help you to cultivate, circulate and store your chi energy in the body. When you focus on the breath, you can direct that energy into the body and convert it into life force. With a series of structured exercises, you can use your energy to activate your energy gates and pathways, and move your vitality along to different parts of your body.

The aim of Balancing Body, HeartMind and Spirit is to connect to different aspects of yourself by connecting to your energy, and use your life force and the vitality of chi to nourish your being. It is deceivingly simple, yet the subtle internal fluid movements can create a soothing sensational flow throughout the body.

For health and wellbeing, you can develop a skill in surfing the waves of energy with whole body movements, functions and stances to gently calm, soothe and relax your being.
