Feeling Stuck

Are you feeling stuck, bored, or you think your growth has plateaued? You are becoming aware that how you behaved in the past no longer fits you. You are restless and you want to change but you are unsure on how to go about it. To transform yourself from an old personality to a new self, requires you to become consciously aware of your unconscious thoughts, automatic behaviours, routines and emotional reactions that you have been conditioned to.

Simply take out a piece of paper and write down at least three thoughts, habits, behaviours, or emotions that you want to change. Then in reflection, review and memorise each thought until you become more consciously aware of them. In so doing, you are acknowledging to yourself how you are thinking, speaking, acting and feeling.

Now you need to rehearse these new thoughts, behaviours and emotions in your mind and act out different situations in your life over and over again with a desire to change your aura.  By doing this you are asking your conscious self to realign itself with your chakras and your soul part. You want to recalibrate your energy field and ask your heart chakra to bring up different feelings on command.

Throughout the day review what you have been doing and be aware of your intentions.  With repetition you are hard wiring new thoughts and behaviours into the fabric of your nervous system. The more you rebalance your aura, the more you are systematically installing new circuitry into your mind. You are chemically and genetically reconditioning your energy pattern to become physically a new personality. You are consciously asking your soul to renovate your physical body, to realign your chakras and to house a new aura.

As a result of the neural refiring and circuitry rewiring of the hardware and software of your body, mind and soul, new thoughts will emerge. Your inner voice will say that anything is possible, rather than nothing is ever going to change. New behaviours will become automatic as you repeatedly prime your brain to look like you have already experienced a new reality.  Your body’s biology changes as new neural pathways and relationships emerge and old circuitry and former friendships melt away.

Your body does not know the difference between an actual experience that produces an emotion and an emotion you have created through your imagination. Your body feels that both of these experiences are the same thing. When you think, act and feel different from past memories, then you are a different person connecting to a new reality. Most times when we feel stuck, we are waiting for an event to happen to take away that feeling of emptiness. You need to keep reminding yourself who you no longer want to be and then take action on that thought.
