When our awareness is focused on our outer environment, our brainwaves are active with thoughts, emotions and feeling memories of our past, present and things of the future.  Occasionally we need something outside of us to change our focus from outer to inner awareness, so we consume things like drugs, movies, sports and other social activities.  You could say that occasionally we need to look for external activities to help us switch off our minds from our current state of being.

The mind is always busy trying to analyse and make sense of your outer world.  If you close your eyes and tune out incoming sensory information, your brainwaves will slow down.  Your soul part will take you into illusion, switch off the activity in your thinking brain and move its focus towards aligning your chakras in a cascade of awareness.  Your aura will connect like a radio antenna to higher frequencies beyond your five senses.  Your guardian angels will communicate with you with creative downloads of intuition via the portal above your crown chakra. 

With practice, it will become a natural skill to move from consciousness into sub consciousness and into a trans like hypnotic resting state.  Your brainwaves will automatically allow you to inner visualise, dream or imagine creatively in pictures and images.  The voice in your head quiets down and gets a break from the outer world without artificially requiring an external drug to do so.  

Sometimes it is not enough when you go to sleep at night to just simply switch off the lights.  Sometimes you need to give your memory bank some extra assistance to help it naturally regenerate.  At times you need another way to penetrate the fabric of your subconscious and forget about your personality that associates with people, objects, places and time. Sometimes you need to physically take your consciousness into the deeper layers of your brainwaves where you are more open to other information and suggestions. 

It is at that place where you open the door between the conscious and subconscious mind, that you become open to the suggestibility of other information.  By taking your attention off matter, you have greater influence over your habits to reprogram your thoughts, your feelings and your body.  When you place your attention on the frequency of energy, you enter into the quantum world of energy.  It is in this place of pure energy that you can create a different reality and influence the material world of matter.

When you feel your body is out of balance, move your attention internally and broaden your focus into space, nothingness and the immaterial world of energy.  The act of sensing and feeling the space around you will automatically quiet your brain’s thinking and analysing.  Your body will naturally fall into a hypnotic state as your attention slowly moves from outer to inner awareness.  It is as if your body falls asleep, forgets about space and time but your mind is awake, watching the environment around you simply fall away.

The moment your body enters into a hypnotic trans like state, it becomes no body, no one thing, in nowhere and in no time. It is in this place of nothingness that you can align your chakras and balance your aura.The imaginary separation from everything you know in your material world is the key that unlocks the door into the quantum field.You could say that you have now passed through the eye of the needle and into the quantum world. And in the quantum world of pure energy, your wish is your command.
